Am aware that the extension is not that popular but was not able to hold myself seeing the word "Chat".

Please appraise and provide your opinions on

actually they (we) do not use it (I live in Estonia) We have .ee, .fie.ee and pri.ee. Most of the people do not know .co.ee

Could you please help by telling that where can we register .ee and is there any restriction to register this extension (.ee)?

it might be Estonian domain, but there are no big sites using this extension (actually I have never even seen a site using this extension) I heard about this domain few weeks ago and most of the Estonians do not even know that there is also .co.ee. And I think that you can get it only from eurodns, none of the Estonian registras is selling it.

.ee is only for Estonians, but maybe in the future...

May be co.ee is for the companies as in india it's co.in.

not really, .ee was free (it should still be, but not for long) for companies
