What's "TM" (im a n00b). Not sure how much traffic it gets, it's waiting to be approved my sedo right now, so I can't even park it.

TM means trade mark. Not sure if shaggy meant it.

Yes, I meant TradeMark. Chase is a bank (ChaseBank) and they have a TM(trademark) on all domain names that have chase in it, well that relate to chase bank, like yours does. (chasecards.net)

chasegirls is generic

But chase bank has plenty of credit cards in circulation

heck, I have a chase card myself

so there you go into specific territory

so huge TM issues

be careful of tm regulations

frankly, if you see a good domain (one with lotsa searches - be careful here...search "inside quotes" in Google) and see the .com and/or the .net unregistered, chances are that its either a TM violation, or it isn't such a good domain

all the good domains have been regged, at least in the .com TLD
you might find a couple of .nets and .org, but most good generic TLDs have been taken
you're best bets are with ccTLDs (.us, .co.uk, .eu, .in, .cn, .co.in, .tv, .mobi - stay away from .biz and .name and .ws - they don't sell at all)
