The devloped sites in the other sites will give you a better idea on appraisel

low $xx because IMHO not that many people want to own a site about a boat thats in germany. You never know though.

I have had one offer for the domain so far which is cool not sure whether to accept it so will have to ponder over the weekend

The domain is not aimed at the usa market but for the German market. The companies who own the other domain ext are the biggest in their field so may approach them also. Domain is obviously not aimed at USA market or English speaking nations. Would of liked the .de but not chance on that

low $xx maybe it's because I have never heard of this. If you say it's big in Germany then I would accept whatever offer comes by in Germany.
