Character creation? (Site mascot?)

Heya ppl,

I was wondering how much time, and how much you charge for characters creation? Something like a sites mascot lets say.. An example would be the one that kaktuz.com is using (sorry for sites content..) or something like this: http://www.mpogd.com/images/games/1816/gotm.jpg (kinda small image..).
Any ideas?
