doing the research mid auction huh? I would think this could go for alot maybe upwards of $**,*** to the right buyer IMO.
OVT isn't bad either:

65143 wedding chapel
16642 las vegas wedding chapel

14630 chapel hill
14064 chapel hill nc real estate
12947 calvary chapel
10489 sistine chapel

9434 chapel hill real estate
8886 unc chapel hill
8383 chapel

There is a .com already, making alot of revenue I'm sure... could do with some competition...

LoL - Im not going to grill you, but this particular forum is only for domains that you own.

Now, the funny thing is I am also in this auction. I shouldnt be, because I have no intention of purchasing, but I did want to see the final price.

Here is the problem - Its a .net and its plural

Positives: Short, common term, huge search results

I dont really like the development options for this one, which is why I'll probably lay low, but Bonkers is in this auction so I would imagine if he wants it, it probably doesnt matter what the price.

.Net is difficult to guage, I have seen massive prices for end users and in some cases even high prices to resellers. Like DomainSpade alluded to earlier, its plural, making value a little sketchy IMO. I don't think the overture is that great. If I had to go $XXXX price on it i would save my money to be honest. If the name were chapel.net, then it could warrant steep price. The plural seems to designate it is more of a directory rather than an actual business probably less traffic. I have seen people randomly offer $500 to DN owners via whois and actually get a great name that could be resold much higher. I remember somone bought file.net for $500. If there are going to be bidders flaunting money then take your time emailing random people until you get a good name. You can still register great .nets if you digg deep enough, I have found many .nets available with 100000++ scores and all other TLDs registered. Just my opinion.
