Thanks for the concern, but the tm-issue is not at handhere as it says 4dummies, not fordummies.

A few years ago I had an issue with PayPal on paypal2bank.com. A lawyer sent me a letter to drop the domain, I told her no. I won the discussion on a few points, but the main one was that the name refered to a service and not PayPal itself.

In this case in no way I refer to the fordummies-brand, but offer a website that contains info for any interested third party wanting to learn more about trading cfd's.
