Centre, menus, borders

I need a few things done, first I want my flash movies centred horizontaly on the page no matter what the user does with the browser.
I have 2 movies on each page, 1 menu movie and 1 movie for each page. I want the new page to just load the 2nd movie for the new page without reloading the menu each time.
I also want a left and right border like the one on here http://www.2advanced.com/archive/v3/flashindex.htm

I assume all of these things can be done with CSS or SSI. or probably a 3rd or more options but what shall I do? is there a best option for each of the things I want to do? or would it be best to use CSS or SSI for all of them?
where can I find SSI/CSS tutorials on these subjects?

I'm not sure about which way is better, but the CSS road would probably be quite easy. Here are some tutorials - www.w3schools.com

The w3schools tutorial covers the most, but the webmonkey tutorial is well written and doesn't have as many bad habits.

The basic code that you would be looking is something like-

<style type="text/css">

body {margin-left: Xem;}

</style>

You would just replace the X with a value which puts the body of your page in the middle. Well, something like that should work anyway.
