This afternoon, Team Internet AG announced that a deal has been reached for CentralNic to acquire Team Internet for up to $48 million.

Team Internet is a monetization company, which operates ParkingCrew and TONIC.

CentralNic is publicly traded, details disclosed:

The total consideration of up to US$48m comprises a cash consideration of US$45m, of which US$3m is deferred, and US$3m share consideration, in shares. This represents a multiple of 4.5x EBITDA in 12 months 30 June 2019 of US$10.6m.
