I like it quite a bit. I’m sure you already have a few ideas as to what a domain like this could be used for.

When I first saw this I thought either a Celebrity Trading Exchange or a site that lists the most searched for celebrities.

It’s much better than RankCelebrity.com (which is available) which would be a site dedicated to such notables as Paris Hilton, Nick Nolte and Tara Reid.
