Celebrity names in domain names

If you purchase a celebrity name domain name to build a fansite, does anyone know what the legalities are?

Obviously, you can't use photographs, song lyrics, music etc. etc. but if the site was entirely free from any copyrighted material and contained maybe a forum and some info?

Are there any issues in purchasing the name "georgebush.com" or "michealjackson.com" for example?

Any help or guidance would be greatfully received.

Not a Good Route

I know that BuyDomains.com does not allow Celebrity Names.

If you really want to do it though, try contacting the celebrity and ask for permission. You never know what could happen!
