US Bidders Only? This pretty much negates the benefit of the internet doesn't it?

Also why would you send log in details via post when the expectation is that you recieve payment immediately?

Good practice to me is settling up immediately and that works both ways. If both parties are on-line at the time too, the deal should be sorted there and then, with no delays. I cant understand why anyone would operate any other way?

A receipt at the post office is a proof of sending it to the buyer. I don't like jack@$$es sending me the money, getting the domain, and freezing my money under Buyer Protection thing, because non-tangible good are NOT covered by PayPal. If payment is received by WebMoney, Money Order or a Western Union transfer I will e-mail the login details immediately after receiving the money.
