I dont think there is a good one.

Although, I suppose youd have to look at .de and .co.uk

Me too, I do not think that there is any good one, but if the domain is really really good, you can use tv and .us too, beneath those mentioned by Justin.

I have got a few good .co.uk typos in my portfolio

I have a small number of .co.uk ones that easily earn more than their reg fees.

the TLD or CCTLD does not matter when it come to typos , what matters the most is the traffic that the website gets the higher hits they got the best typos you can generate from the name , so dot us or even dot it (in general TLDS ) does not have a big value when it come to typos to help you more to understand the typos folow this link here in np

My advice do not try with .cn or .com.tw. These ext CTR less then 0.1 even 100uv/day.

try .co, .om and .cm

I have a few .com.ar and .es typos that gave me more than 30 bucks/month.
I think the key is a good and deep research. You can get really good info about it on the link above.
