I do not feel this name..it will be difficult to resale for any reasonable profit, as end users would be only domainers, no one else understand what cctld means

ccTLD is an acronym that is mostly used in tech (DNS) circles. The layman does know what it means.
And if you are registrar, you probably don't want to limit yourself to ccTLDs and you won't use a .club anyway (although there is Resellers club etc). Bottom line, it's hard to brand a business on a keyword like that. I don't see a lot of resale opportunities. Good luck.
