One thing to consider is that Congo is a poor country.
How many people have regular access to the Internet in Kinshasa.
Probably not so many.

SaintPetersburg is better.
But I don't really see any relevance for .cc with geodomains. It's not a global TLD.
Best is to have a look at comparable sales but resale is probably difficult. Good luck.
