.CC drop time?

I'm trying to find out when .CC domans drop.
Is there a specific time of the day when they are deleted/dropped?

I think it's sometime in the early morning. Maybe 1am or so. Can't be for sure thou, just my own observance have shown that it seems to be around that time. Often a name isn't available before I go to sleep, and when I wake up at 5-6am it's available. So sometime late at night or early in the morning.
