iPad is a trademark, stay away from TM names

I know there are lots of other sites using ipad, ipod, iphone etc, but they are all infringing on Apples trademark

I completely agree with @gilescoley , just delete it.

Selling it is still profiting from Apple's Trademark. It's not worth the risk for a few dollars. Playing around and buying and selling TM domains will come back and haunt you at one point. You might get away with it for a while, you might not, but either way it's not worth the risk.

Yep after reading up a bit more I tend to agree. Was part of a bulk list and just didn't really pay any thought to it.

You are very welcome my friend. I have had the same thing happen to me before. I have bought somewhat large portfolio's of domains and there was a TM domain in the mix. I didn't really realize it was there till after I bought them. Once I found out their was a TM in the mix, I just did a delete and didn't want to deal with having it in my name.
