I found a lot of restaurants and hotels in Spain/Mexico, with high rating at booking.com / tripadvisor.com / google reviews...

Preparing an offer for owners at mid to high XXX price range.
But what do you think? How much it could be worth?

Difficult to say, but I had this on my shortlist until you took it =D

Your best bet is the dashed version, the seem to be a bigger operation than just a single location service business that won't see much value out of the upgrade. Park it with a BIN in the mid 4-figures and wait a few days. The name is too fresh right now, someone could have been watching.
