Um, sort of brandable, the double plural really kills it though. Low $xx undeveloped, developed with traffic low $xxx.

When you say with a traffic, how much of traffic do you mean for a low $xxx? As I understand, this site could be worth much more with content and revenue, am I correct?

Yeah - maybe 9x the amount of the domain alone with a site.

develop this as a website for kids to give reviews of there favorite cartoons, advertise it, and boom you have some good traffic after a few months. And use SEO urls. (mod_rewrite)
