I would have no idea on a appraisal, but I see alot of potential for this domain with the success of Team Fortress 2, and Electronic Arts releaseing Battlefield: Heros as a free game many companies are sure to copy with releasing cartoon style shooter genre games. I wouldn't doubt if somebody will end up making a game called "Cartoon Shooter".
