Should I make it a forum or something really interactive like a myspace type site for car buyers

forum requires members and takes time to build up; if its your passion then you will be posting everyday, rss feeds in and out of the site and thats traffic and se's looking in straight away. I am not a personal fan of myspace or their sites to be honest but thats just me.
