Career.co.uk is a very good domain IMO. 1 word, lots of people search for career(s). 1.3 Billion google results for "career". The downside is that it is .co.uk. (not really a downside, there are many domains of this type but compared to .com) The fact that it is developed.. not sure how much impact that will have. If someone wants to buy it, chances are they will want to make their own site. It does help in the fact that it is indexed by google instead of sitting on a parked page and backlinks are being created. I cannot comment about .me.uk, I don't know much about it, but I would think it is worth much much less than .co.uk. For careers.co.uk I'd say mid $x,xxx. Good luck!
