The phrase does make a good sense. You may provide information about car driving and tips to pass the car driving test, etc.

Yes, a name with lots of potential but not a lot of value as it stands. Car and Driver is a very popular print magazine so Car Driving Info could be a web site. But don't expect more then low $xx from other domainers on this forum, you need to find a car person who doesn't know alot about domains to pay $250 for it. A mini site could help you sell it.
