Thats a nice one. It doesn't seem as if it would be a unique site, but for someone that wants to have a turnkey operation site, that would be an excellent domain. the .org fits the domain if you want it to be a site where you could accept donations, or have ads showing other sites that help with cardiac help.
I would say high $xx- low $xxx
