Renewal is not low, so I would probably contact some end users proactively.

This type of name can serve as kind of new gTLD 'brandable', so it is not type of name where end users will be in line to submitt offers, at least not in 2018. But if you present it to them, they might be interested.

But the fact that 'cardvegas' in net and org is still free at time of writing indicates smaller demand for this combination ... so I would try some outbound for 1.5-3k, but if not succesful I would re-think at renewal time if to hold it any longer.
