This site has been neglected, which was made obvious when in May a server upgrade to PHP5 killed the script's 'friendly urls'.

The site runs on PhotoPost. I don't have the license - which has now expired - as it wasn't transferable. The script's maker have allowed the continued use of the script on the domain.

There's hundreds of photos on the site, which ranks highly for keywords 'car photos' and 'car pictures'. The site comes with a unique logo.

I am interested but I think you should put a stats program on the pages that are served such as google analytics rather than using webstats or webalizer as it will also count the images being pulled by other sites as a unique visitor.

I disagree. I don't think you should always work out the value of a site via one year's revenue. You should take into account the domain, content, etc. Also remember where the site ranks in search engines for 'car photos' and 'car pictures'.

The site has been accepted by TLA, although they've yet to sell any links.

Point taken; the site does indeed rank well for those keywords not to mention a great domain name to start with. 2.5 times the annual income is still a bit much in my opinion but the potential is there for sure. Let me know if the starting price is lowered Good luck with the sale.

Update: Buyer has backed out. Admittedly, I'm having second thoughts on selling now, but if anyone wants to make an offer over $500, I'd consider it, otherwise this thread is closed.
