To be honest, i've only ever heard of one of them. These domains would be better suited with a country specific extension. I'd imagine selling them may prove difficult, not only because the cities are obscure, but because of the .info extension. Any potential developer would have to know there stuff about each city, could prove difficult finding such a person, therefore reg fee/low-mid xx

Well, I think these would be good for informational mini sites about these cities. As for a person developing them needing to know stuff about the cities, I am sure between wikipedia and wikitravel I could write enough information for a couple of pages of a mini site.
