Could I get an appraisal on that? It's a dropped domain. Estibot says it's worth 14,000 dollars, but it's only going by stats.
I know Can't You See is the name of several songs. One of them is a famous country western, one of them is a famous rap song.
The template that's on it may not be the one that will stay on there. I'm currently developing it into a site that lists info about each song, or something along those lines. It will be tricky though because I won't be able to put any names or band names on there, or song lyrics since it would be trademark infringement.
Any ideas on what I could add on there, would be awesome. Also, please give me an estimate about how much you think it would be worth both undeveloped, and developed (If developed properly). I'm quite good with search engine optimizing, and (When I'm not using templates) I code my sites in notepad only. I've been a coder for about 5 years. I'm only using a template because it's so much easier, and I have like 50 domain names to sell. = D
