question Can't Markup SquadHelp Listings?

If you are a Squadhelp Silver seller you are supposed to be able to markup your prices from the original approved price by up to 50% and if Gold then by 100% but for the last 2+ weeks I have not be able to do that on new approved domains that get fast-tracked by reviewers who favorite them. They are capped at the approved price and can only be marked down. I've tried for two weeks to get Squadhelp to correct my domain price ranges and I'm getting nowhere. Is this happening to anyone else?

Did you talk them on chat? Normally issues get resolved there.
