A valuation is also a personal opinion. Don't be offended if you get different than said here. I'm not a fan of typo's at all but you might get some money out of it who know's.
It's worth what you paid in the auction the other day. That doesn't mean you can't sell it for a higher price at some point moving forward. It's just unlikely on here, so soon after the auction. Brandable or not, at the end of the day it's still nothing more than a recent handreg typo.
If memory serves, the name was just reg'd a couple of weeks ago, on the back of a similar marijuana name that was auctioned here on NP. In the wake of that auction there have been similar names reg'd by other members hoping to capitalize on that sale.
That aside, below are a few potential options:
-Wait a few months then resell in NP auction.
-Take your chances on a Flippa or Sedo auction.
-List it on the aftermarket sites, especially those catering to brandable names.
-Develop or park and hope for typo traffic.
-Find someone who wants to name their strain juaua or uaua.
-Hold for a year and just prior to renewal time try to auction it again. By then the newly legalized states will have reached their respective go-live dates, and maybe the interest will be enough to realize some profit, or at least your money back.
