Over 7 million google results, gets about 250,000 searches a month (according to the adwords tool), PPC bids are at around $2.25. Taken in com, net, info, biz, mobi, ws, us, cc, co.uk, eu. Archive.org results from 2001, when it was a developed Cancun travel site.

Obviously the dash hurts the value somewhat, but Google doesn't differentiate for SEO purposes, so the potential to rank highly with this domain is huge (of course with a nicely developed site on it).

The name itself is beautiful but there are two issues. One is hyphen and the other one is extension. Due to these two shortcomings, I think it would be worth low to mid $xx.

This word combination would have hyphenated value in ComTown but in OrgVille the hyphen is a ruthless street thug sapping the domain's value like a thief in the night.

Completely agree with this appraisal - if this was a com it would have 10x the value - development really is the key here

Thanks all, I agree. I'm not as concerned about the .org, since a lot of "official" tourism sites actually use the .org extension, but I agree, the value is in development - it's got a ton of dev potential, especially SEO-wise, so I'm happy to have it.
