I passed on registering pothead.mobi (long since registered) because I couldn't figure out how to make it a viable business without ending up in jail. Every country, state, province have different laws and they can come and get you for selling to THEIR country from your country online (eg. Marc Emery sold marijuana seeds from Canada and was extradited to the US on charges). I figured the last thing anyone needs is to give them your address and phone number while operating an illegal business. Like they said in Casino "Why take the chance?"

On the cannabis note, Tommy Chong got 9 months in prison for selling bongs? Every corner store in Ontario, Canada has a rack of them displayed for the kids.....right above the candy.

I know what you mean..., but Canada is not the only country in the world.

Look at all the cannabis websites (for example www.cannabis.com):
They had to find a way to do it legal!
