Can you recommend a game clan script/package?

Are there any game clan free open source package or script?
I need to be able to grant the clan leaders the permission, and then they can recruit and accept their own members.

Game Monkey this is a script language based. It is pretty recent, however after I downloaded the zip file, I found it is just some source file, you need to compile etc.

ClanSystem is a plugin for the e107 CMS. But http://clansystem.sourceforge.net/install.php turned out be an error page. Also the BETA release posted 883 days ago.
