Can someone help me with colours please

Colour Wows

Hi all

I posted here before for a review and then changed my colours a bit, but I am getting lost.

I thought I would make the (formally grey) menu box down the left side to strech as far down as I can and incorportate the google ads, then I thought I would fill the to white boxes at the top with a colour. Oh yes, and I was going to change the colours of the logo soon.

In general I am getting muddled with colours and I am really not sure what to do now for the best, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I see a little improvement, looks nice but i know you can do better keep working on it.
