No a domain name can not start or end with a hyphen.

The trickiest ones I have seen are

www-domainname.com
www-domainname-com.com

Tricky ='s Search Engine rankings using www-domainname.com for the domain. I have seen a couple used in Google ads as well to better match the keywords for the ad.

I'm not sure if you really want such a long and convoluted domain name, hyphen considerations aside. Google prefers concise and to the point domain names, as far as I know.
