Can change a thread after posting?

I'm not sure whether this is the right forum, but I posted this message in the "private messages for staff" forum 3 days ago and got no answer. So:

Three quick questions. Once a thread has already been posted, is there any way to:

1. Change the title?

2. Buy a highlight color?

3. Delete the thread?

I think that being able to change thsi has been suggested, but if you PM a mod i think they can highlight it (for a fee (same fee as if you had highlighted before)

umm i dont know, PM to staff and a mod may close it im not sure

m sure ive seen somewhere that you can PM a mod and they will highlight your title for the price it is as if you were to highlight it when you made the thread)...i think there was a thread about it somewhere
