Hi all, not sure where this thread belongs?
I know there are restrictions on registering domain names in different countries but can a domain name be purchased by someone in one country for use in a different country even if they don't meet the country's registration requirements?
i.e. Jack from London buys a .US domain and wants to develop a website for it on a server in the UK or he just wants to flip the domain. He is not US nexus compliant.
Thanks in advance!
