Hey All,

Do you call yourself a web designer? Do you like to critique websites and provide valuable feedback that may enhance the website owner's success online? If this is you, I have a great deal for the first ten (10) web designers who post to this thread providing at least one (1) element of our website that could be change to enhance its appearance and conversion rate.

The Rules:

1. We do not want a complete redesign.

2. You should only post if you are capable of providing the design modification to us.

3. Your design element MUST be approved by me AFTER you post.

4. You will be paid according to The Rewards section below.

5. You MUST be one of the first ten (10) to post with a design element.

6. We do not want to change our color scheme.

The Rewards:

1. You point out and modify one (1) element, you receive one (1) year hosting FREE on our GPStandard package.

2. You point out and modify two (2) elements, you receive one (1) year hosting FREE on our GPAdvanced package.

3. You point out and modify three (3) or more, you receive you choose the hosting package of your choice PLUS you receive five (5) coupons worth over 50% off any of our packages that you can hand out to anyone you choose. Plus you receive the value of their first month's payment as a bonus.

I prefer having multiple designers with different levels of experience provide feedback. Think about what you would like to see if you were purchasing.

The website is http://www.gp-host.com.

Thanks!

K did u have the rights to edit that template cause if i remember correctly i saw it on some webhosting company so the second link lacks orginality use some thing of ur own instead of editing others works.and orange sucks real bad , who could ever design a site with orange as header? :notme:

Told. "Design competitions" are nothing more than a way to get cheap ****ing design work done. If he can't/is not willing to pay a professional designer to do his site (Supporting the very industry he relies on to do business), I'm going to guess that his hosting service kinda sucks anyway, thusly making the "reward" not worth the work that would need to be put in.

PS - we can't cuss? What is this, soviet russia? Or kindergarten? They're all the same.

i like the new one, you need some kind of background though. be sure to set the table bg to white, and add some kind of light gray tile in the pages background. it will fill in the empty space.

The new one is much better but you should really start designing yourself.

The new one is much better but needs a good logo to give it an identity..

ok...It seems GP you mean well and you want your customers to see it. You want to be seen as a reliable and honest hosting service. Some people have touched one the "orange subject" but you know that orange is not a good color for confidence.

please contact me for a full redesign and proposal.

hotrodtodd, you really get clients by insulting their designs? That's awesome. No, really.

Great feedback everyone. I'd like to go with the new layout. Is anyone up for migrating the content on the current site to the new layout?
