Caliber is a kind of measurement that can describe either the level of a person’s ability or the diameter of a gun barrel. Your dad might be a high-caliber marksman, especially when using his .22 caliber rifle.

Caliber describes the level of ability a person has achieved in a profession. For example, you probably wouldn't want to hire a low-caliber plumber when the toilet breaks. The caliber of an institution or a program describes the height of its standards. You might be planning to attend the high-caliber veterinary program at your state university. Caliber is also the measurement of the width inside a gun barrel, and its corresponding bullets.

caliber.co.uk would be a much better domain, as this would relate better to the caliber of a person.

calibers.co.uk is not as good in terms of branding potential. This domain would make most sense in the gun context. Personally I am not in to this sector, but calibers is rather a niche technical term anyway and not really a marketing term.

Where do you see the value in the domain?

EDIT - The UK spelling is calibre, it's the US spelling that is caliber, so that is another issue I'm afraid.

Apparently, yours is plural and in .co.uk...all I can say, at the moment I do not know which end user might want the name. But you can make your reserach, for example check the above websites, and check in who is who is owning them..this can give some idea about potential end users, and prices which you can get

It will probably not sell, or at least not for a high amount. As @airship360 mentioned, UK domains are a bit more "tricky".

I have just checked in my UK dictionary and the correct UK spelling is calibre. Caliber is the US spelling.

It's best to have the UK spelling for the UK extension.
