Probable ™ issues, IMHO. I would expect any potential acquirer to have this concern, as well ... in my view.

Cablevision is actually loosing business. Companies like Armstrong Cable and Comcast are taking them out. They used to be in my area, but they kinda went under and everything. So i doubt they will come after you

May be, just be sure to check: www.uspto.gov - especially prior to any End user marketings, IMHO. I'm not saying it is a DEFINITE ™ issue, but I do see it as potentially "problematic" with regard to perceptions by End users (if / when considering to acquire the domain name from you). Perhaps you'll be approached directly ... to sell it? Further research recommended, as well. :talk:

One idea...

Well, since it is a 'org' site you could make it the homepage for people that want to complain about cablevision or tell cablevision horror stories. You could add Adsense and other banners.
