There are only 2 sales comps in our database:

Hosting.eu.com - $293
Mall.eu.com - $665

I rather dislike this third level domain name - many domainers are learning the hard way about this class of domain with the subsequent decline of .web.com - With so few sales comps, so few people ever hearing of the extension AND the absolute failure of .eu (stand alone TLD). I wouldnt put much stock into this domain name.

By "Just obtained" I hope you paid the registration fee for and not a reseller price.

almost all other keywords even on this weak ext. are gone ,
just curious if it could be interesting for some cable company operating in the range of Europe

just for info,the same keyword in TV ext. is for rent for around 100 000 usd yearly , if it didnt change in the recent time
