at first sight the name is regfee - it looks like trying to capitalize on "byte.com" typo which will never happen because it's .net

..but

quick googling reveals there is a bunch of companies named ByteCom with many extensions not just taken but developed into corporate sites:

...and more

so if you are lucky and one of them would be interested ...i'd ask low-mid $xxx
if no interest after contacting them all one by one with professional compiled email offer - then i would probably not keep it for another year
