BuyLotto.mobi on Sedo Auction!

I am putting BuyLotto.mobi and BuyLottery.mobi on auction at sedo.

A minimum bid of $250 will start the auction.

I believe these are great names and a bargain at $250 , but I want to focus on dir.mobi and any money I generate from these auctions will help further develop and promote dir.mobi.

the name for sale here is buylotto not lotto

Where did you find this info? Who has the trademark?. If this is true, cal lotto will have problem, right? Anyway, the name is BuyLotto and not just Lotto.

A spokesman for Camelot denied they had pinched the name Lotto from the Irish but said: "Our research found that a significant proportion of lotteries are known as Lotto, for example in Switzerland, Poland and Ireland. So we felt it was appropriate."


I do not think that you can TM Lotto, so it is not an issue. The person who did TM it would have so many contentious passing off issues that it would not be worthwhile. It is virtually a generic term due to it's usage.
