budget: $100+/item Buying short .ca domain with development potential

Itching to build something new for the Canadian market so I'm looking for a short or relatively short .ca domain with development potential. That's subjective, so here are some things to consider...

- Large niche (So something like doorstopper.ca or thumbtack.ca is not what I'm looking for)
- Category defining / category killer / generic (Descriptive name)
- Keyword volume (The 'shorttail' should probably get at least 10k monthly searches in Canada.)
- 1 or maybe 2 words

It doesn't have to check of every single box, just giving a rough idea..

Budget is $100-$500 USD.
Niche: Open to anything except adult, gambling, crypto, most health and most finance (avoiding the YMML niches).

The ideal name will probably be something that you bought to develop yourself and never got around to. Happy to take it off your hands!
