Must be brandable, and have at least a few google backlinks with pr. Must also be cached in google, and have proper 'info' results. Niches I'm especially interested in are health, travel, vacation, finance, and gambling.
My budget is from $50-$125 for good PR4s and $200-$400 for good pr5s.
