Buying PR, Traffic, and/or Forums

I am looking for the following:

• PageRank Domains - I am looking for any domain (I don't want the site) that has PageRank of 4 or higher.
• Traffic Domains - Any domain that gets AT LEAST 30 unique visitors PER DAY. You must have stats, and I am not interested in the site, just the domain.
• Forums - I am interested in any active forum that has members who actually post. Any subject accepted. I would prefer a vBulletin forum (I have my own licenses), but will consider anything.

NeoGen - Those are seperate requirements. Any domain just has to meet one of them.
