Buying Banner Ad Spots

I'm looking to buy banner ad spots. It'll be a 468x60 banne rof my sports forum. It's a clean professional looking banner so it won't make your site look bad in anyway. Well At least I don't think.

I would like to advertisie on a website that is a PR4 or recieves 2,000 uniques a month.

Please give me proof of stats, price, and also where the banner would be located.
