I'm a big fan of 5-letter 2-word names and this is a very good one. I would hold out for high $xxx at least.

Another thought I just had was for condo/apartment realty... buy high up, as in top floors/penthouses.

I do not really see that its worth that much but google results say Results 1 - 10 of about 170,000 for "buy hi" as a combo term.

Extension availiblity ..all of them are available. So I will say low$XX max to a domain reseller. But would be more to an end user or If you develop it into something.
