here goes
Given there is a 30%-40% mark up on combo .com sales currently the value is raised up a bit even though this is a .net. When a google search is completed your domain does come up immediately but could work much better with some real marketing. Because there is no website attached I recommend you park your domain. Free parking is available from sedo.com and i make at least a dollar a day just on clicks for the 40-50 sites i own.
When your domain comes up in google.com, it shows that you are trying to get this domain appraised on multiple sites. Due to the lack of response because most people don't care about you (unfortunately) a potential buyer would do the same basic research, they too then would notice that on sites catering to domain buyers and sellers your name has little to no popularity.
An investigative buyer would check your whois record and see that you have purchased this domain through
http://www.dynadot.com, a discount .net seller averaging $8.99USD per year with a renewal in 2009/08/26 UTC. This to some will effect your sale to a curious buyer in hopes they can grab this domain when it becomes available for $9. It may help you in the long run to reserve this domain for 5 maybe 10 years to let people know YOU OWN it for good and the only way they will get it is if they pay alot of money to you.
I would also consider like domains:
a big killer for your domain is the popular
FragranceNet.com
an established and reputable online fragrance retailer.
With all that said and more if you look deeper i would honestly rate your quick near future sale to $250 current market value.
If you hold out as more and more domains are not available I can see you with a high market turn around of $2500.
These prices would only work if the .com version sold and became a legit retail site.
I'm in this business, like make a living style in this business, don't listen to these discouraging clowns, don't settle for a low ball price. You will notice people on here try and discourage others to let sites expire or sell for cheap, or cancel good domains because of these ignorant comments. THEY WILL BUY IT THE SECOND YOU DROP IT
Good Luck, i think you have something there.
