If you refer to OS Windows, then it's TM. This means problems...
If you intend to sell windows, then it's a good domain, except the dash. Anyway, high competition and relative low searches makes me think it's value is max.10$

I think, licensed resellers will prefer more sophisticated domains, not just "buy windows". This keyword has many meanings, inclusive windows for your home or office, etc...
It would be great if you find an end user that sells software, has microsoft license and intends to build a site only for selling OS Windows...
