I develop some of my domains but most remain undeveloped.

Every domain I bought was with the intent to sell it. Best one I had was probably cheats.sc.

I buy them with the intention to develop them. I bought one a while back, started developing a site to rival the main site and in the end the main site got back in touch with me and offered me a 50 / 50 partnership. It made sense to go into that rather than do it all from scratch on my own, so that domain remains un-developed. I like the idea of buying domains from other people rather than having to register them because I never have the creativity to come up with anything half decent.

My latest domain has been casino.com.sb which I am hoping to sell on soon.

I always buy to develop. After the site is up and running, I then decide on whether or not to keep it or sell.

I depends, if the domains are brandable, put it on auction, if the domains has 2000+ Exact Searched, developed for profit.

Sometimes I buy domains just to flip it within 24 hours.

Develop them, site dies...redevelop it a year later...site dies...

name expires, couple years later realize "Oh em gee, I let the perfect name for *current website idea here* die and theres nothing I can do about it because someone else picked it up and developed it into a beautiful site!"

Story of my naming career, lol.
